Project 8- ABC Call Volume Analysis-Task 3 & Task 4

In task 3, The approach which I used is- First I calculated the Call Volume Distribution (of 23 Days) for each Call Status Using Pivot Table. Then I Calculated the Average Calls/Day in each time Bucket by Dividing the Total Calls in each time Bucket (23 Days) by 23. Then I calculated the Required Answered Calls per Day,Required Call Seconds per Day & Required Call Hours in each Time Bucket. According to me, The Required Call Hours in each Time Bucket gives the Answer to Task3 i.e. Minimum number of agents required in each time bucket to reduce the abandon rate to 10% (90% Answered Rate). This is because if 20.70 Call hours are required to be Completed in 9-10 Time Bucket( i.e. 1 Hour), 21 Agents will be required to complete that 20.70 Call Hours in 1 Hour Time Bucket. For Task 4 Also, I used the same approach, and got the Answer for each time Bucket at night without using the assumption. The assumption Given is not required anywhere in this approach for getting the Minimum no. of agents required in each time bucket for 90% Answered Rate for Both the Tasks. It can only used for Calculating the Total Number of Agents Required in Day Or Night Shift i.e. If Total Call Hours required per Day is "x", Then, Total Agents required per day=x/Agent's Actual working Hours on Calls per Day (As per assumption). ALso, The assumptions of agent working for 6 hrs in week, taking 4 unplanned leaves in month, month having 30 days are nowhere required for the answer in this approach. Please Confirm If this approach is correct as I am getting the Answer required in both Tasks using this approach. Sharing the screenshots as well.
