Fee Refund after Successful completion of Projects on-time.

Hi Trainity Team, I have completed all the projects within given time and taken only one attempt for almost 8 projects and 2 attempts for only one project with is within the refund policy. Still I can see my refund request was rejected saying duration exceeded 100 days. Where did you mention that clause before joining the course and paying the fee ? I have (attached images and) gone your terms and conditions and Payment Portal and emails before registrations and attended your webinars, but you never mentioned this kind of 100 days time period. I can see the only line "Full Refund on successful submission of assignments & projects on time". This is what I have followed for the entire duration of course. But now my refund is rejected just because you added new rule/caluse to your policy. How fair is this to an emerging company like you ? Did you ever think of the impacts it may cause to your reputation and growth journey ? My humble suggestion to your company is that you should clearly mention all your clauses in clear and highlighted way so that everyone can understand before taking a decision about registering to the course by paying the agreed amount. Be aware that now a days the amount of time youth spend on social media everything is spread to every corner of the world within seconds. Especially negative news/publicity. Finally, I believe its my right to get the refund of the full fee as I followed all the rules while pursing the course and completing the projects with-in allocated time.
