Why did I get Great Level, though I did every steps and submitted within time?

Hello team, I recently submitted the "Bank Loan Case Study" and I got great level. I want to know the reason for it. This is because... I have done all the steps, did all tasks line by line. And submitted the project within deadline. All analaysis was done by myself and you can see my video recording where I explained everything for 30 minutes. SO, WHY DID I STILL GET ONLY GREAT LEVEL, AND NOT THE PERFECT LEVEL? Last time, in my submission of Hiring Process Anlaysis also I did all the steps. But got just Great level. Please let me know the reason of this, so that I can understand the fault. Let me know about both the projects that I mentioned.
