refund rejected

I had completed all my projects before deadline and submitted them, but review was given after the 100 days are over, in which it was said that, question 1 of ABC call volume trend project was wrong, reason was given as only received calls were to be answered, but project was still approved with good grade. But, I had already created a slicer and selected those calls only for analysis in the excel file. Still as the project was having less marks, for the sake of getting more marks I submitted the project again and it gets approved now, on 103rd day saying, project was completed on 101 day. and now my refund request is rejected which I had placed even before submitting my updated project on 100th day iteslf? Do Clarify. I have proof of implementation of the said question completed and submitted before deadline, in form of version control, and I believe I should get this refund.
