Refund Status Update

Hi team, I gave my graduation interview on 29th August 2023 (11.15 to 1145 slot) but it is still not reflecting any status of graduation interview on my dashboard nor I received the refund amount in my bank account. Can I expect any reply and rectification of this issue as soon as possible.
