14 days Trail refund

Hi there I have enrolled in the course at 28th August 2023 and after using the course I didn't find interesting so have mailed at Support@Trainity.com but no call or mail is reverted back to me I have proceed for refund under 14 days.Please look out.I have uploaded all the details.I am only geeting autogenerated message we will revert back in 5-6 hours please help me.
