PROJECT 5 TASK D

I am using google sheets for this project as i do not have access to excel. I have calculated the average IMDB score(column F) for each director. Then I am using =PERCENTILE(F:F,0.95) but it is giving me 7.7 for the entire column. I also tried =PERCENTILE.INC(F:F,0.95) but same issue. screenshot attached.
