Project 4 - Imdb movie analysis

I am facing problem in solving Task A and C. The main problem that i am facing is finding the discriptive analysis. I tried solving using the formula that you have given in the doubts asked by other in this forum but still it is not happening. I am attaching the screenshot please check and help which columns should i take for solving in both the task and also if some changes to be done in performing this task.
