My account lost

since i completed all 9 projects including portfolio, today afternoon i applied for refund, again i tried to login to my account from my phone in evening but it asked select a email id to proceed i selected my email id and it take me to home page of trainity , i got shocked by seeing my account, losted its progress score etcc ,but showing how many concepts i learned but not showing my score or projects what i did everything losted , kindly help me.reply as soon as possible my email id:harishrdy1@gmail.com for proff i attached my internship certificate and present my account dasboard screen shots below
