project 3: guide video doubt

I followed the steps according to the guide video and successfully exported data. Also I was able to change the data type of all fields but as soon as I run further command the created at field shows null values[attached the phot of same] and the same is happpening with other two tables, and I tried it many times but getting the same result, why it is happening, what should I do. Please clear my doubt.
