SCORE LEVEL DEDUCTION

Hi Team, I submitted the ABC Call Volume Trend project on my first attempt with a 4 minutes video presentation. The score was allotted to me as 35/50 and feedback given as a presentation video is short by Anand Kumar. The same project was submitted with another 5 minutes video presentation in the second attempt. Again I got the same score of 35/50 and the same feedback of Video Presentation is Short by the same person. So kindly clarify this, what is the background of the score that was reduced. Is there any particular reason and what is the score allotment method?. Kindly review once the same in the project and let me know why it was approved with a good level? I have also a doubt in the project not mentioned anywhere if the video presentation is short the score level will be reduced? Kindly explain this?
