Fee Refund Re-Consideration Request (Due to unforeseen circumstances)

Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing to you today with a humble request regarding my recent experience on the Trainity platform. I understand the importance of adhering to project completion timelines, and I take full responsibility for not meeting the 100-day deadline as per the platform's policy. I enrolled in Trainity with great enthusiasm and a commitment to completing all nine projects within the stipulated time frame. Everything was progressing smoothly, and I was submitting my projects on time, putting in my best efforts to excel in each assignment. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances disrupted my progress when I suffered a fractured hand. Despite this setback, I remained determined to fulfill my commitment. I sought prompt medical attention and treatment, hoping to resume my work as soon as possible. However, my recovery took longer than expected, and when I was finally able to return to my projects, my productivity had significantly decreased. Despite my relentless efforts, I was unable to make up for the lost time efficiently. I sincerely apologize for not being able to meet the 100-day deadline as per Trainity's policy. I want to emphasize that I did not intend for this situation to arise, and I have put in my utmost effort to complete the projects within the specified time frame. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I fell short by seven days. It is my humble request to the authorities at Trainity to consider my case with compassion and understanding. I am fully aware of the platform's policy, but I believe that my situation was exceptional and beyond my control. I am reaching out with the hope that you might consider granting me an exception or an extension to the deadline to allow me to complete the remaining projects and thus qualify for the refund. I want to assure you that I remain fully committed to Trainity and the completion of the projects. If granted an extension, I will do everything in my power to expedite my progress and meet the necessary requirements within the shortest possible time. I am more than willing to provide any additional information or documentation to support my case if required.
