Regarding Refund

Hello, I am writing to you today with a humble request regarding my recent experience on the Trainity platform. I understand the importance of adhering to project completion timelines, and I take full responsibility for not meeting the 100-day deadline as per the platform's policy. I enrolled in Trainity with great enthusiasm and a commitment to completing all nine projects within the stipulated time frame. Everything was progressing smoothly, and I was submitting my projects on time, putting in my best efforts to excel in each assignment. Despite this setback, I remained determined to fulfill my commitment. As I have stuck in some personal issues and was not able to do it as I am not getting time for it. I sincerely apologize for not being able to meet the 100-day deadline as per Trainity's policy. I want to emphasize that I did not intend for this situation to arise, and I have put in my utmost effort to complete the projects within the specified time frame. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control and got late in submitting projects. I have lost hopes of completing projects but still I stick to it and completed all the projects. It is my humble request to the authorities at Trainity to consider my case with compassion and understanding. I am fully aware of the platform's policy, but I believe that my situation was exceptional and beyond my control. I am reaching out with the hope that you might consider granting me an exception or an extension to the deadline to allow me to complete the remaining projects and thus qualify for the refund.
