No clearance's of doubts

If a person is not able to understand the process is it not your responsibility to help. How come two of my projects are wrong and even the difficult ones are correct . Just to take others money you bluff people. And yes i wrote what i felt correct and after that i have given the excel sheet link as well as much as i know i am trying to complete.
