Want to known my mistake of getting less score

hello sir, I wanted to known that I submitted my project 4th hiring process analysis properly with each and every task screenshot . so,why my score is deducted by 2 I got only 18 out of 20 . I want the appropriate reason so I can improve my report and not repeat my mistake again .
