want to known my mistake

hello sir/ma'am, I wanted to known that I submitted my project 4th hiring process analysis properly with each and every task screenshot . my score is deducted by 2 I got only 18 out of 20 . I want the appropriate reason so I can improve my report and not repeat my mistake again . and i also submitted it before time line.
