regarding project 2 completion

completed my project 1 on 1st october after 1st topic (Data Analytics Fundamentals).The project 2 unlocked and automatically set the submission date on 22nd october and its about sql which is 3rd topic. The microsoft excel and my sql which are 2nd and 3rd topic respectively has 26 resources in the them. Do i need to complete all of those before 22nd and then attempt project 2 ? or can i extend the deadline a little longer? please help me with the approach for every project?
