Query Regarding Techstack use

I have completed my previous task using excel or SQL but in the current project i wanted to just confirm as we have python and tableau or other visualization tools in the syallbus so can we opt for that if we want to attempt the questions.As in project 3 video it was mentioned that large dataset needs to be imported in SQL as excel might not respond so i was confused as in most projects the description says to use Excel for analysis. I wanted to use python to clean the data and work on same is it ok to use different tech stacks also can we do analysis using multiple stacks like - cleaning things on python/excel then using it on powerbi/tableau or using library for visualization is it allowed to use multiple techstacks inside a single project or for different queries which ever we find simple to work on as certain analysis seems simple using just excel functions while certain things are easy using python library or doing a question using pivot table or tableau dashboard as the final report will have the screenshots and or the drive links of particular query to look or run them.Please do suggest is it ok to work with multiple tech stack or just we need to work with either one of them or just use excel sheets also as we upload things on drive the app changes it to docs format and the pivot tabels or dashboarding goes missing at times so wanted to be sure which stack are allowed for submission.
