refund issue

i have completed all my projects with perfect score only 2 with great and good also done my graduation interview but still didn't received my refund even didn't reaceived any update about the refund, i also mailed my concern to support@trainity.in they told We have forwarded your request to team We will update you once refund is initiated. but still didn't received any update.
