if i submit a project after corrections as per feedback received for 3rd time or 3rd attepmt then am i eligible for refund or not?

if i submit a project after corrections as per feedback received from 2nd attempt, then resubmitting for 3rd time or 3rd attepmt then am i eligible for refund or not? As in 2nd attempt of project submission I made corrections as per the provided feedback and the marks degraded and I got some different mistakes as feedback in 2nd attempt from the 1st attempt. And, marks I got in first attempt was 28 and in 2nd attempt I got 20 which is degraded one. So, if I made a 3rd attempt for project submission with corrections to the tasks answers then am i eligible for refund or not?
