wrong data set provided in case 1 project 3

In project 3 case study 1 (job data analysis) the first column the data is in text datatype and time is not mentioned and it is not matching the format 'yyyy-mm-dd' and the query you have asked is Calculate the number of jobs reviewed per hour for each day in November 2020. Is the data not correct or i am missing something. Need help in solving this?
