Lost the data of my progress

My profile on the site has been updated, which has resulted in the loss of all my data, it is showing that I have 0 projects completed. I have successfully completed all the projects within 95 days and attended the graduation interview on October 19, 2023, at 6:45 pm.Your immediate attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
