Course refund

Dear Trainity Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund of my amount for the program I have taken from Trainity as I have completed all my projects on time and meeting all the criteria’s and also attended a grad call on 09th October. I kindly request you to process a refund of the amount as soon as possible. Could you please confirm the receipt of this request and provide an estimate of when I can expect the refund to be processed? In the dashboard it was showing as refunded but I haven't received it yet . Please look into the matter. Your prompt response would be appreciated
