Internship & Refund related query

My doubt is regarding internship?is this internship guaranteed programe or not? i have one more doubt in webinar you told me that for refund we just need to submit project and refund is just based on submission not on evaluation n also in your dashboard interview is also included in refund policy which you didn't mention in webinar and this could be discriminatory as it's on your complete discretion
