Refer Claim

I've refered the trainity data analytics course to one of my friend who has also enrolled for the program and is currently studying the same. My portal promised me a 300/- claim against per referal which has been under review since 22nd October 2023, and today it's 2nd November 2023. I've mailed trainity support team which replied me saying that the issue will be resolved within a week. It's been more than a week and I've got no refund, the status is still under review.
