Query regarding Course refund & Interview

I have completed my 8 projects and will submit my portfolio one soon but i am waiting for my 8th project feedback. I wanted to enquire whether the date of submission is counted or the date of checking as it takes atleast 2 to 3 days for the results to be updated and to sit for the interview it says we must have all things covered. Can you please help me understand as there are only 4 days left out of 100 for me so i want to know is it compuslory to give the interview in those 100 days as the checking is taking time i am waiting for couple of days now to get the results so i could complete the portfolio project.Can i upload it as the same will take another couple days to check. How actually do the team count the days left.
