Solution to this project in excel?

I completed every tasks of this project still trainity support mailed me to go through it clearly. Please provide the solutions as I am not able to understand what more changes to do in excel file? As i got only one attempt left. I dont want to miss this attempt. I am not just able to get what more changes shall I do?
