project rejected

sir, as we known we have to submit our own project files i did the same. All the file ,sheet and presentation are my own. The thing is i just forgot to add the refrence link of the website form where i taken the template of ppt . so, now i wanted to know that i have to resubmit the project so can i just add the refrences link to the ppt and resubmitt it or i have to make new ppt ?? Please sir reply as soon as possible so i can perform my task .
