Pls Refund my Money

So I had already mailed trainity support after 6 days of buying course that I don't want to conitnue with the course and want my refund . I sent them the screenshot of the receipt and everything . Till now they have sent me 3 mails saying "Pls wait kindly" . I have tried eveything and they are not refunding my money . I trusted trainity but they are just all about making money . I am very sad about this . Its like 3000 Rs is a joke to them . Pls team trainity its been more than 20 days . I request you to please refund my money . I don't want to do this course . Have I been Scammed ?
