Very Disappointing Commitment from Trainity

Firstly, very disappointed with the way Trainity is working. No proper support is provided. Firstly there was a wrong committment that we can use Chromebook to access all the applications needed to learn the Data Analyst course, which was completely false. Secondly no doubt clearing sessions provided and no one bothers to answer the queries even when posted on this forum. Rs. 3000/- is not a small amount that is paid trusting that we will get the proper assistance which is totally a fake commitment. How will we be able finish the projects without getting the proper guidance. Request Trainity to either refund the amount and revoke my access or provide proper assistance as committed.
