Urgent Assistance Needed: Dashboard Displaying Zero Score and Projects Marked Open Despite Approval"

I successfully finished Project 1 and Project 2, both of which were approved by Trainity. However, when I checked my dashboard two days ago, I noticed a zero score, and both Project 1 and Project 2 were marked as "open." I also posted a query on Trainity's doubt forum but haven't received any response. Kindly look into this matter and take the necessary steps so that I can upload my pending project.
