Refer and earn claim error

I have referred this course to my friend who has successfully enrolled to the course. My refer and earn claim is under process. It's going to be 2 months since then now. I have written to trainity on support@trainity but no reply was recieved and posted several times on this forum as well to which the team replied that status will be cleared within 15 days but it's been over a month and still my claim is not reverted.
