The first project was completed with 10 points, but today it is listed as incomplete.

I have already completed Project 1 of Data Analytics Processes and have started working on the Instagram user analytics project. Today I woke to see that my First Data Analytics Processes project is incomplete. I had already secured 10 points for having the 39th rank on the leaderboard. Why is it again asking me to do the task? Also, I wasn't able to login through my mobile number as I didn't receive any OTP. Please work on this and revert back as soon as possible.
