won't be able to submit Project 4 tomorrow due to unforeseen circumstances would it get accepted if I submit it after 3 days

I won't be able to meet the deadline of the project because this course is heavily clashing with my university. I'm a masters student so couldn't compromise on any of it. Not concerned about refund because I am learning a lot. However, I want to know if projects would be accepted after deadline and evaluated? because I do need evaluation and areas I can improve in. Moreover, if I don't complete this course in time frame...do I have the access of this course forever or is it in the timeframe. I couldn't ask this question at the end of the workshop and there was no communication medium available henceforth. Hope you guys answer this. thank you
