Need Help in Understanding the Portal

HeP Needed hey guys could you help me understand about your portal is there any one free in your team. As after doing the payements there is no one who has come up to give a tour about your course and all. It does seem bad and show lack neglect you put in for your student. So kindly help me out. It been third time I am requesting the same from you guys. Want to move to learning as fast as I can. Kindly look into the matter.
