Refund query

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly inquire about the status of my refund request. It has been four months since I attended the interview, during which time I have been eagerly awaiting the reimbursement of my funds. As per our previous correspondence (please refer to the attached screenshot), I was informed that the refund would be processed within 2-3 business days. However, it has been a month since then, and regrettably, I have yet to receive any credit. I have diligently completed the tasks and projects on time, as well as successfully completed the interview process. Please send my refund amount back. Its been a while , stop toying with me and initiate my refund as soon as possible. Please dont say again you will redund the amount back within 2-3 business day again. Instead please credit the refund amount.
