Clarification Needed: Project Completion in Excel or in both excel and SQL

II have completed Project 4 in Excel according to the requirements. My question is, do I need to replicate the same project in SQL or is the Excel version sufficient for submission? Your prompt clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.
