help with assignments

I expected this course to be beginner friendly, but the assignments are difficult because of the vague explanations of task to be performed, the learning videos provide a basic idea of functions in sql but doesn't help with completing the assignments. I need help with the assignments. Could you provide a detail explanation of tasks for each assignments so that I can complete them. Because I don't know what is a 7 day rolling average or similar terms.
