Re-evaluate my project (Project 5)

It says good. No further explanation as to why i got 20/40. I would like re-evaluation on this. Regarding submission taking two attempts, i had submitted the files from my side. You cannot give me less marks just because the link was not working properly due to some issue. Marks should be given based on the project and the analysis i provided. Resubmission was not because I made some wrong analysis but it was because the link was not working properly on your side. I request you for a thourough re-evaluation. I have also sent a mail on support.trainity since you guys take forever to reply on the doubt forum.
