no response from trainity

guys please reply to our query atleast the deadline is arriving of our project submission can we do data cleaning in panda do we have to remove outliers too do we have to correct the spelling of directors too guys if you are not serious toward us so you sould return our money. I have already ask many question from you since i start the journey with you but there is no response from your side if you are not gonna help us in solving some of the problems that we(who have started from basics) have in completing the project than I think trainity is not a good choice.
