Related to refund

I want to ask you that it's been 14 days i completed my graduation interview and after that in your policy it's written that i will eligible for my refund money. But i haven't receive any message regarding to that. I have successfully completed my graduation interview and in that interview ma'am was also said that i am eligible for refund and i have recorded it Also. You said that i will receive it in 7 business days but 14 days are already passed and still not any update from your side. Before some days you said that i willl receive my refund but i didn't. So please do work in this request according to your policy and your words.
