Assignment Clarification

Hi mentors, there is an assignment mentioned at the end of Session 3. Data Quality and Soft Skills, under the Data Analytics Fundamentals. The Assignment was on solving some questions on Root Cause Analysis. Please clarify and guide me on this. I am new to the platform and taking some time getting used to it.
