CONFUSION IN PROJECT 4 Position Tier Analysis

I have counted number of employees acoording to post name and hired criteria. After that I just have to insert chart or have to use data summary and find normal distribution plot. Confused about task explaination. I have shared screenshot please tell me which one is right or I am doing anything wrong here?
