Result Delayed

Its been more than 10 days from my submission I still didn't receive my Impact on Car Features and ABC call volume trend analysis. Im not getting reply from mail as well. So far all projects was corrected within couple of days. I don't know why it is getting delayed for last few projects. Is it to avoid my refund you're postponing? . Atleast provide an ETA so that I would worry less and not bother the team.
