HLOOKup session 6

I am unable to apply Hlookup() under Lookup Functions session 6 homework. Return the position of Rachana Aggarwal (Use Cell B21 as reference) in the above table using INDEX =INDEX(B2:B11,B26) =HLOOKUP(INDEX(B2:B11,B26),A1:B11,4,0) This giving me right answer but i am not able to applyHlookup
