Did not get any help regarding project 2

I am unable to start the 2nd project due to problem of installation. I asked here about my doubt but did not get any responce. How should I complete my project on time if I could not get the help. The software "MYSQL WORKBENCH" did not open after installing. I am a beginner and I don't know about mysql at all. Before joining this course you said there will be doubt session but I did not get any help here. What should I do now if I did not complete any project? I request you please clear my doubt ASAP.
