Graduation Interview Not Conducted & Inquiry About Level 5 Access

Dear Trainity Support, I had scheduled my graduation interview for July 10, 2024, at 5 PM. Unfortunately, no one joined the meeting. I am not interested in a refund and understand that I am not eligible for one. Could you please provide guidance on what steps I need to take ahead? Additionally, I would like to know when Level 5 will be available for me. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Arjun Amla
