Project Review time frame

Please help me with a time frame fpor the project submissions approval, ex: If the project is updated with , "Submitted on 28th Jul, will be checked by 4th Aug" on the dashboard, could I expect to get the result before 4th August such that if at all I have to re work, I could prioritize it as well.
