Very poor and no support from Trainity. Now I'm 100% sure they are in market just to cheat the helpless

I'm facing so many doubt in the 2nd project and MySql course, how can i clear my doubt? there is no communication and nothing? why its feel like i am self studying and not doing a training? please reply
