Project 3 Load Data Error

In project 3 I am importing the table to mysql as per the video instructions provided but still i am getting this error " 14:29:41 LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE "C://ProgramData//MySQL//MySQL Server 8.0//Uploads//events (1).csv" INTO TABLE events FIELDS TERMINATED BY ',' ENCLOSED BY '"' LINES TERMINATED BY '\n' IGNORE 1 ROWS Error Code: 2068. LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE file request rejected due to restrictions on access. 0.000 sec" I also verified my server config file my.ini and did changes. Still getting the same error. Alternatively , I tried importing using Data import wizard tool but it is taking too much time and then application crashes. Please help me with the issue
